Job Overview:
Smarts Plumbing Specialists Ltd. is seeking a skilled Plumber for New Build Developments to join our team.
We are currently expanding our operations and need a competent professional to work on new build site installations throughout the Midlands.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and heating engineering, with experience on new build developments and a valid CSCS card.
As a Plumber for New Build Developments, you will be responsible for completing 1st and 2nd fix installations, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:
- Qualified in Heating and Plumbing (NVQ/City Guilds or equivalent)
- CSCS card
- Experience on new build developments
- Experience with 1st and 2nd fix installation
- Gas safe qualified (would be an advantage)
