Job Title: Deputy Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to support our Registered Manager in delivering high-quality domiciliary care services. This role requires a strong understanding of person-centered care and the ability to lead a team of care staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Care Staff Supervision: Provide day-to-day supervision to care staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our clients.
  • Care Plan Development: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that cater to the unique requirements of each client.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the service maintains regulatory compliance and support the Registered Manager during inspections to uphold our standards.
  • Talent Management: Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff, helping them grow professionally and deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Experience: A background in supervisory or management roles within domiciliary care is required.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
