Care Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Care Manager to support the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Registered Manager in ensuring clients receive person-centered care in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and develop a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet client needs.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and provide support during inspections.
- Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance management of care staff.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and relevant experience in a supervisory or management role in domiciliary care.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
