We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join our team at Correct Contract Services Limited. As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our retrofit projects are delivered to the highest standards.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and undertaking site inspections.

You will work closely with our operational teams to manage volumes and workflows, while also reporting directly to our PAS Compliance Manager. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, buying/selling of annual leave, and potential for enhanced benefits package after two years service.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing similar discipline/managers of a technical nature
  • Relevant degree in construction and built environment
  • Level 5 Retrofit Coordination or working towards
  • Experience of fabric installation and built environment
