Artisan Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Retrofit Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive technical surveys and assessments of homes, including design, drawings, and schedule preparation.

This role requires strong communication skills to liaise with clients and residents, ensuring that they understand their needs and requirements for whole house retrofitting. You will also need to work closely with planning staff and engineers to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of PAS20:35 standards and be able to propose and quote the best solution for clients. In addition, you will undertake condition reports, highlighting defects and recommending remedial actions.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
