Kennedys is a global law firm with a strong presence in the tax disputes and investigations space. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our team in London.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in tax law and procedures. The successful candidate will have experience in managing tax risk, HMRC investigations, and tax litigation before the tax tribunals and higher courts. They will also have a proven track record of working with corporates and private clients in various jurisdictions around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tax risk and advise clients on tax compliance and planning
  • Lead HMRC investigations and tax litigation cases
  • Develop and implement tax strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service
Requirements
  • UK qualified solicitors, barristers, or tax qualified individuals with relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of tax law and procedures
  • Experience in managing tax risk and advising clients on tax compliance and planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
