About the Role

Kennedys is seeking a highly skilled Tax Disputes and Investigations Associate to join our Commercial division in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly regarded team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tax risk and provide expert advice on tax litigation and investigations
  • Act for corporates and private clients in various jurisdictions around the world
  • Support clients through crisis-related issues with tax authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement tax dispute resolution strategies

Requirements

  • UK qualified solicitors, barristers, or tax qualified individuals with relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of tax law and procedures
  • Experience in running tax cases in a team environment
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
