Employment Support Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Employment Support Coordinator to manage a caseload of clients with diverse challenges, including mental health issues, disabilities, substance misuse, offending backgrounds, and skills gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client's barriers, previous experiences, skills, and training needs.
- Develop and agree on SMART action plans with clients, regularly reviewing their progress and addressing any new challenges to help them become work-ready.
- Engage with employers to identify and promote suitable employment opportunities for clients.
- Provide up to six months of in-work support for clients who successfully secure employment, ensuring sustained progress.
