Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mitchell Maguire as a Senior Sales Executive for our Waterproofing Solutions division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the structural waterproofing market.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the structural waterproofing sector
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
* Collaborate with our design and installation services team to promote our offering

Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales or business development within the construction industry
* Strong network of contacts within groundworks, housebuilders, civil contractors, and main contractors
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £48,000-£54,000 per annum
* Uncapped bonus scheme: up to £20,000 per year
* Comprehensive benefits package including £6,000 car allowance
