Job Description

Lead the sales strategy and execution for Raytheon Technologies' advanced product sales in the UK and internationally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business growth targets, focusing on closing pursuits within the current Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP).
  • Coordinate with R&C leads to ensure excellence in business capture, pipeline development, and proposal writing.
  • Liaise with US Business R&C teams to pursue international opportunities.
  • Manage the Advanced Products R&C functional and B&P budgets in conjunction with Finance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to plan and execute capture strategies for customers.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in a business development/strategic role within the Advanced Products areas.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage customer and business budgets.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, including board.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting business capture and/or sales targets as a business capture or sales leader.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in business strategy development and product sales in an appropriate environment. Strong relationships with relevant UK and international customers are essential. The holder of relevant security clearances is preferred but must be prepared to apply for them if not held. We offer a competitive salary of £110,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
