Recruitment & Resourcing Specialist

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Recruitment & Resourcing Adviser to join our team at Savant Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Influence and manage customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
- Source and regenerate candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals
- Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates and clients
- Collaborate with management and senior consultants to achieve business objectives
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on job opportunities
- Meet and exceed set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Previous sales or business development experience
- Or 6+ months recruitment value chain experience on a permanent or interim basis
- Able to attain new and maintain new business through various initiatives
- Demonstrate ability to thoroughly learn a market and be an expert in your field
- Excellent communication skills with proven networking ability and consultative approach
