Excell Supply is recruiting experienced Education Support Professionals to join our team in Shropshire. Estimated Salary: Approximately £22,400 per annum.
About the Role:
We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional education and care to children aged 3-11. As a Learning Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to inform future teaching strategies.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for education.
- Prior experience working in a similar role or with children would be advantageous.
