**Job Description**
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively with ward/department teams to provide excellent patient care.
- Conducting regular patient assessments and identifying any potential issues.
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving patients who require support.
- Providing essential support for patients' personal care needs.
Requirements:
- A GCSE in Maths and English grade 3-1 (D-G) or Functional Skills L1 or higher.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting.
- A solid understanding of the nursing assistant role in a care setting.
The estimated salary for this position is around £20,000 - £22,000 per year, based on experience.
