Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders according to customer specifications
  • Update SharePoint and in-house systems
  • Check paperwork and file accordingly
  • Book inbounds and ensure all documentation is available
  • Update weekly stock statements
  • Arrange transport consignments according to customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date KPI figures
  • Process returns and maintain records
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Invoicing and KPI reporting knowledge (desirable)
  • Knowledge of stock systems and warehouse operations (desirable)
