Job Summary:

Custom Intelligent Security is seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Engineer to support technical tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in system upgrades, migrations, and remote support, as well as experience in managing technical projects and providing ongoing client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Professional Services Manager to implement new processes and procedures for the Professional Services Team.
  • Manage technical work, including system migrations, upgrades, and remote support, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate with teams, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Customize solutions to fit client needs, including scripting and software development, to meet their specific requirements.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing expert support and guidance to clients.
  • Provide technical support for commercial and aftercare teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical expertise in security products, SQL, networks, SaaS, and Windows troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office and Structured Cabling Systems.

Desired Skills:

  • Certifications in security products, such as Genetec, Lenel, Gallagher, and CCURE 9000.
  • Experience with programming languages, such as MS SQL, JavaScript, Python, C++, and PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of SDKs, APIs, and AXIS.
