Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Custom Intelligent Security. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Collaborate with our project managers to develop and implement commissioning plans, ensuring seamless project transitions.
  • System Testing: Conduct thorough system tests to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Client Interaction: Provide exceptional technical support to our clients during meetings and demonstrations, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of tests and modifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills
  • Certifications: Genetec (Omnicast and Synergis) certifications are highly desirable.
  • Technical: Possess strong knowledge of security products, SQL, networking, Windows troubleshooting, and SaaS platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with structured cabling systems are required.
  • Soft Skills: A can-do attitude, adaptability, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
Desired Skills
  • Additional Certifications: Lenel, Gallagher, CCURE 9000, AXIS, MCSE, and CCNA certifications are highly desirable.
  • Programming: Proficiency in MS SQL, JavaScript, Python, C++, PowerShell, SDKs, and APIs is a plus.
