About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our bank team at City Health Care Partnership CIC. As a bank Speech and Language Therapist, you will work on a flexible, as-needed basis to support our adult speech and language therapy services across Hull and East Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to adults with a range of communication disorders, including neurological disorders, voice difficulties, stammering, frailty, and respiratory conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, and evaluations to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
  • Experience working with adults with communication disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
