About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Stratford Manor Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks to ensure a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to address maintenance issues and prioritize tasks that compromise Health & Safety and security.
Requirements
  • Previous maintenance experience in a trade is essential.
  • Ability to take initiative and apply a practical approach to problem-solving.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
