About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, and team members.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to resolve maintenance issues, prioritizing those that compromise Health & Safety and security.
Requirements
  • Previous maintenance experience in a trade-related field.
  • Ability to take initiative and apply practical problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and knowledge of what constitutes good maintenance practices.
