Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to support our Supply Chain HR team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH.

This role is based in the Midlands region and will involve hybrid working with some travel required. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building capability of experienced managers through frequent one-to-one coaching and training/education workshops.

  • You will establish Service Level Agreements with key stakeholders and measure performance against the SLAs.
  • Deliver specific ER projects/assignments, such as development of handbooks, policies and procedures.
  • Engage Legal Counsel where required to mitigate risk.
  • Partner with HRBP/Local HR to identify patterns/trends of ER that may suggest underlying issues.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A strong working knowledge of employment policies and employment legislation, with proven experience or CIPD qualification.
  2. Strong coaching/counselling skills.
  3. The ability to balance legal risk with business benefit to ensure the best outcome is reached on employment related issues.
  4. Flexibility to travel and support sites with a 24/7 operation.
