You will work closely with our People Team to drive initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture and deliver exceptional experiences for our people. This role requires empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills, particularly in sensitive situations like absence management or employee relations cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers in various areas, including employee relations, absence management, and policy implementation
- Work collaboratively with our People Team to drive initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture and deliver exceptional experiences for our people
