Job Summary:

The Employee Relations Specialist will play a key role in resolving employee relations issues and supporting the management team in maintaining a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to resolve employee relations issues
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the analysis and reporting of HR data

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR with a focus on data and technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
