National Sales Manager

PS Recruits Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead their sales team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Business Development Managers, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Manage a team of Business Development Managers to ensure they are hitting targets and driving sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
- Provide coaching and training to the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
