Payroll Manager Professional

At CloudPay, we're looking for a talented Payroll Manager to join our team in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic company and contribute to the success of our clients.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing payroll teams and be skilled in supervising, developing, and guiding team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop Payroll Associates, Specialists, and Seniors
- Provide training and guidance on payroll systems and annual updates
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payrolls
- Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
- Review existing processes and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Strong experience in UK end-to-end payroll, preferably in a bureau environment
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
- CIPP diploma in payroll management or equivalent experience
