Job Description
As a UK Payroll Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll services. You will supervise and develop a team of payroll associates, specialists, and seniors to ensure efficient operations. This includes providing training and guidance on payroll system updates and complex processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, and annual UK payrolls with accuracy.

About the Role
The role involves leading a team of payroll professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients. You will work closely with the client services team to understand their needs and ensure that our services meet their expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop payroll team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide training and guidance on payroll system updates and complex processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of UK payrolls.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to meet agreed deadlines.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in UK end-to-end payroll, preferably in a bureau environment.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in supervising or managing a team, or equivalent experience as a senior payroller.
