About the Role

Azets is seeking a skilled BACS Administrator to support the BACS Manager in the administration of the BACS process for Azets, Blick Rothenberg, and new acquisitions. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient processing of daily BACS files, maintain client links, and provide first-line support to payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely processing of daily BACS files
  • Responsible for all administration connected to BACS
  • Maintain client links and request lost clients to be unlinked
  • Set up and maintain service users on BACS software
  • Provide first-line support for payroll teams with BACS-related queries
  • Assist management in maintaining and developing internal procedures, checklists, and guidance notes
  • Produce, analyze, and maintain BACS reports and statistics

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Natural ability to coordinate, prioritize, and multitask with little supervision
  • Ability to adapt to a highly changeable environment
  • Develop own professional expertise through on-the-job training, formal training, and professional qualifications
