Regulatory Compliance and Ethics in Biotech
Bicycle Therapeutics is seeking a highly experienced compliance professional to lead our regulatory compliance and ethics efforts. As the Head of Compliance & Ethics, you will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel and collaborate closely with the Executive Team to drive regulatory compliance and ethics initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive healthcare and corporate compliance program, ensuring alignment across all functions
- Ensure compliance with global healthcare and corporate compliance related requirements, industry standards, and internal policies across all functions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed ethical decision-making into clinical trials, product development, and commercial strategies
- Lead healthcare and corporate compliance training programs tailored to the unique needs of the company
- Oversee healthcare and corporate compliance based risk assessments and internal audits/monitoring to proactively identify and address compliance vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate compliance into strategic decision-making processes
Benefits and Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $220,000 - $260,000, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive reward structure, including an annual company bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees and their families, as well as 100% premium coverage by the Company.
