Job Title: Senior Artificial Intelligence Ethics Specialist

Location: Cambridge / Closing Date: January 5, 2025

The Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence (CFI) at the University of Cambridge is seeking a Teaching Fellow with expertise in philosophical ethics and specialisation in ethics of technology, artificial intelligence, and data ethics. The successful candidate will have experience of successfully developing and delivering teaching at university level, including lectures and seminars or smaller group work.

This part-time appointment (50% FTE) from February 1, 2025 to September 13, 2026 will support the MSt in AI Ethics and Society as well as contribute to the MPhil in AI, Data, and Algorithms. The role holder will work closely with CFI's education team to deliver teaching and maintain the University's national and international reputation for excellence.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience

The role requires a degree level qualification and previous experience of working in Higher Education.
