We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to retain and expand relationships with a diverse client base.
The Job Description:
Ownership of key commercial activities, including account planning, retention, and renewal. Close collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account planning for growth and retention.
- Commercial discussions, including contract negotiations.
- Partnerships with clients through a consultative approach.
- Solutions delivered through collaboration with internal teams.
- Client-facing interactions to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Data analysis informing business strategy.
The Ideal Professional:
- A driven individual with a history of managing and growing accounts.
- Strong consultative skills, building long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and virtually.
- A data-driven mindset, using insights to inform business decisions.
- Comfortable with travel and face-to-face client interaction as needed.
