This includes access to our learning and development team to help you and your business grow, support from a Local Property Centre, and the very best technology and industry-leading marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.
Responsibilities- Becoming the best estate agent in your local area by building local relationships and generating business
- Making decisions on targeted marketing/canvassing and developing business contacts
- Further referrals and estate agency network
- Overseeing the customer journey from market appraisal to completion
With a competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £37,500 per year and uncapped commission scheme, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career in the estate agency industry.
