Clinical Partnership Development Manager

**Role Overview**
As a Clinical Partnership Development Manager at ACES, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing referrals from Optometrists, GP's, and Hospitals into our services within the Exeter area.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze the territory and identify market share potential, promoting the features and benefits of our referral system to referrers and patients.
You will manage account relationships, becoming the first point of contact for existing and prospective referrers, ensuring excellent service and maximum retention.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience of working within a multi-site clinical environment and knowledge of NHS policy landscape. Field sales experience is essential, as well as previous experience of working in an optical or ophthalmic environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze the territory and identify market share potential.
- Develop and grow referrals from Optometrists, GP's, and Hospitals.
- Manage account relationships and promote our referral system.
