Job Summary: Office Administration Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Office Administration Assistant to join our team in Manchester City Centre. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Allocating visitor passes
  • Liaising with tenants and staff
  • Coordinating the delivery and collection of goods

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail

Salary: £25,000 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
