Credit Controller Job Overview
  • Proactively manage the sales ledger to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Process sales orders efficiently on Sage to maintain a seamless digital workflow.
  • Chase late payments via telephone and email to minimize outstanding debts.
  • Onboard new customers and manage their accounts to ensure seamless service.
  • Retrieve missing Proof of Delivery documents and handle customer queries with finesse.
  • Keep accounts paperwork organized and easily accessible.
  • Scan supplier invoices to the server for a seamless digital workflow.
  • Take on various ad-hoc duties to ensure the team runs smoothly.
Credit Controller Job Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar role is essential.
  • Sage 50 experience is preferred.
  • Working towards AAT qualification is a plus.
Credit Controller Salary & Benefits

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.

Annual leave: 25 days + bank holidays.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Private health insurance (after qualifying period).
