Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Job Summary: Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our pool of staff working with SEND schools across Merseyside.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEND students
* Work closely with support staff to ensure the educational and emotional development of students
* Collaborate with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create individual learning plans
* Assess, track, and report on student progress

Requirements:

* Newly qualified teacher (NQT) or ECT status
* A passion for working with children with special educational needs
* The ability to adapt lessons and manage behaviour effectively
* Willingness to work in different SEND schools across Merseyside
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
