About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paraplanning Team Leader to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of paraplanners, providing technical support and guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of paraplanners, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial planning services.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Collaborate with financial planners to ensure the preparation and administration of recommendations are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide support to clients in a timely and professional manner, responding to their queries and concerns.
  • Review and analyze client investment portfolios, asset allocations, and risk profiles to ensure they are aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and implement recommendations, including identifying areas for improvement, conducting research, and preparing draft suitability reports.
  • Implement recommendations, including preparing suitability reports, completing applications and proposal forms, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
