Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the paraplanning team, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial planning services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with our financial planning team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive financial planning solutions to our clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on financial planning matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, ensuring their financial planning needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in financial planning.
- Contribute to the development of our financial planning services, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in financial planning, with a strong understanding of financial planning principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial planning software.
