Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruitment consultants and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective workflow
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in a recruitment agency with a solid understanding of the recruitment process and industry practices
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries preferred but not essential
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
