Information Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Analyst to join our team at NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board. As an Information Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing evidence to inform decision-making and drive service improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of healthcare services and interventions.
- Analyze data from various sources, including linked datasets, surveys, and focus groups, to identify trends and patterns.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including programme and clinical leads, commissioners, and delivery partners.
- Collaborate with researchers and academic partners to develop and implement research studies.
- Use data visualization techniques to communicate complex information to a range of audiences.
- Experience in using research and evaluation methodologies, including qualitative, quantitative, and health economic approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries in a partnership environment.
- Experience in using data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex information.
