As Senior Director, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and leading our commercial department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting and monitoring revenue targets for our portfolio and implementing sales strategies to exceed financial objectives.
  • Leading and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align resources for strategic direction.
  • Managing high-valued client relationships and establishing key performance metrics related to sales performance, retention, and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strategic thinking and data analysis skills to develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data reporting.
  • A marketing understanding and ability to grasp our brand values.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including:
