We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Senior Estate Agent Branch Manager in our Ascot office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximising revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate agency and customer service, with a proven track record of success. You will need to be able to work effectively managing a team and develop exceptional relationships with clients to drive repeat business and recommendations.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  • Maximise revenues and grow the property register
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets

What We Offer:

  • A salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
