Front Desk Coordinator

The company based in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a skilled Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a 12 month contract initially. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone with reception duties experience and basic Microsoft skills to work in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in meeting and greeting clients and staff, answering inbound calls, and providing administrative assistance as required. The successful applicant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate filing systems, franking mail, and ordering stationery.

Salary Details

Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications
