We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Julia's House in Wiltshire. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to meet the diverse individual needs of children and young people.
- Conduct clinical nursing assessments, plan, and deliver care that is evidence-based and aligned with Julia's House policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a team of Carers, Nurses, Team Nurses, Senior Team Nurses, and Lead Nurses to provide holistic family-centered care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their journey.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance clinical and professional skills.
- Registered Nurse (Child Branch) - Diploma or Degree, Registered Learning Disability Nurse, RGN, or RN Adult.
- Post-qualification experience of working with sick children.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative and contributing to the skill base of the wider team.
- Flexibility to cover days, evenings, weekends, school holidays, and occasional overnights.
- Full driving license and use of a car for business purposes.
- Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
