Delivering Exceptional Care for Children
At Julia's House, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Wiltshire. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
Our Service
Our service is rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission, and we support over 140 families across Dorset and Wiltshire. You will work in a supportive environment with a team of experienced professionals, including Carers, Nurses, Team Nurses, Senior Team Nurses, and Lead Nurses.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to meet the diverse individual needs of children and young people.
- Work closely with families to provide holistic, family-centered care.
- Participate in clinical nursing assessments, planning, and delivering care that is evidence-based and aligned with Julia's House policies and procedures.
- Develop your skills and knowledge through excellent training and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Qualification requirements: RSCN/RN (Child Branch) - Diploma or Degree, Registered Learning Disability Nurse, RGN or RN Adult, with post-qualification experience of working with sick children.
- A full driving licence and use of a car for business purposes are essential.
- All positions are subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
What We Offer
We offer a 35 hours per week permanent contract, with flexibility to cover days, evenings, weekends, school holidays, and occasional overnights. You will have opportunities to broaden your skills and develop professionally in a supportive environment.
