About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team at our Devizes Hospice. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical nursing care to meet the diverse individual needs of the children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based clinical nursing care to children and young people with complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements: Applicants must have RSCN/RN (Child Branch) - Diploma or Degree, Registered Learning Disability Nurse, RGN or RN Adult, and post-qualification experience of working with sick children. A full driving licence and use of a car for business purposes are essential.
