We are collaborating with a leading provider of specialist care to recruit an exceptional Registered Manager to open a brand-new Residential Children's Home in Wiltshire.

The ideal candidate will possess the talent and skills to commission a new service successfully, working independently with autonomy. This role requires someone who can foster innovative ideas and expertise, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality standards as the Registered Manager
  • Manage a team providing specialist residential care, therapy, and education
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and lead a team of Support Workers

About You:

  • Hold a Level 5 qualification in leadership and management or equivalent (or be willing to work towards it)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting children and young adults in residential care
  • Knowledge of Ofsted (proven Ofsted record desirable)
  • At least one year of experience supervising and managing staff in a care setting
  • Passionate about helping young people reach their full potential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
