About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Cancer Tracking Team as a Cancer Data Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the weekly MDT Meetings, tracking cancer waiting times, and undertaking data collection and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the weekly MDT Meetings and track cancer waiting times
  • Undertake data collection and data entry relating to patients diagnosed with cancer
  • Ensure accurate and timely data submission to national, regional, and local requirements
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clinical teams, nursing staff, and administrative support teams
  • Assist in maintaining accreditation for cancer services by capturing accurate, complete, and timely patient data

  • Good general educational background
  • Administration background
  • Experience of using CaMIS PAS or patient-focused databases
