About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Cancer Tracking Team as a Cancer Data Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the weekly MDT Meetings, tracking cancer waiting times, and undertaking data collection and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the weekly MDT Meetings and track cancer waiting times
  • Undertake data collection and data entry relating to patients diagnosed with cancer
  • Ensure accurate and timely data submission to national, regional, and local requirements
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all staff and liaise closely with clinicians, nursing staff, and patient administration staff
Requirements
  • Good general educational background and administration background
  • Experience of using CaMIS PAS or patient-focused databases
  • Experience of attendance at and taking minutes at meetings
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
