About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Cancer Tracking Team as a Cancer Data Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality cancer services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the weekly MDT Meetings and track cancer waiting times data requirements.
  • Collect and enter data related to patients diagnosed with cancer, ensuring accurate and timely submission of national cancer waiting times to the Department of Health.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clinical teams, nursing staff, and administrative support staff.
  • Assist in maintaining accreditation for cancer services by capturing accurate, complete, and timely patient data.
Requirements
  • Good general educational background and administration experience.
  • Experience of using CaMIS PAS or patient-focused databases and attendance at meetings.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
