Cancer Data Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Cancer Tracking Team within Cancer Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the weekly MDT Meetings, tracking cancer waiting times, and undertaking data collection and data entry related to patients diagnosed with cancer.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the administration of MDT meetings, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
- Track cancer waiting times, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collect and enter data related to patients diagnosed with cancer, ensuring accurate and complete records.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clinical teams, nursing staff, and administrative support staff.
- Assist in maintaining accreditation for cancer services by capturing accurate and timely patient data.

Person Specification
- Good general educational background and administration experience.
- Experience of using CaMIS PAS or patient-focused databases.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
