About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Cancer Tracking Team as a Cancer Data Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the weekly MDT Meetings, tracking cancer waiting times, and undertaking data collection and entry to enable the provision of high-quality cancer data for national, regional, and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the administration of MDT meetings, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and entry.
  • Track cancer waiting times, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clinical teams, nursing staff, and administrative support staff.
  • Assist in maintaining accreditation for cancer services by capturing accurate, complete, and timely patient data.
  • Participate in producing reports to demonstrate achievement of performance and quality indicators.
